Summary:The "Homicide murders" by Aleksandar B. Djurić is dedicated to the research of a significant theoretical and practical relationship of criminal motives in the criminal law. Correct understanding of the delinquency motive (and its motivation as well) is imperative in upgrading the operation quality of public-law organs and courts in the sphere of criminal jurisprudence, especially related to the legal qualification of criminal offenses and meting out punishments for their commitment. However, the public-law doctrine does not offer uniform resolutions of the concept of criminal motives, their classification, the compulsory quality of their determination and legal procedural identification, etc. The actuality of investigating this component of the subjective aspect of delinquency and its motives is related to the reform of criminal legislation, implying the Serbian Criminal Legislation as well.
