AIG to pay Benmosche $7M per year, plus incentives
American International Group Inc. will pay its new president and CEO an annual salary of $7 million in cash and stock, plus incentives that are subject to rules established by the U.S. Treasury Department's Troubled Asset Relief Program, the company said in a Form 8-K filed Aug. 17.
