영화 <크로싱>을 통한 관광상품 개발 고찰: 강원도 영월군 영화촬영지를 중심으로

목적: 본 연구의 목적은 미셸 푸코의 『감시와 처벌』에서 제시되는 권력의 작동방식을 북한 권력 체제의 감시및 통제 작동 방식을북한 권력 체제의 감시 및 통제 작동 양상과 연계하여 북한의 체제를 이해하는 가운데, 영화 <크로싱>의 촬영지를 활용하면서 북한의 실상을 파악할 수 있는 관광상품의 활용 가능성을 논의하는 것이다. 방법: 본 연구는 영화 <크로싱>을 통해서 북한 인민들의 실상, 인권 문제에 관한 관광객들의 관심 유도, 효과적인 체험 관광 프로그램 개발, 그리고 영상 이미지 콘텐츠의 필요성을 논의하고자 한다. 결과: 영화 <크로싱>을 활용한 촬영지에 대한 관광 개발은 북한의 열악한 실상을 드러내면서 북한 주민들에 대한 국제사회의 관심과 인권의 문제를 부각시킬 수 있는 토대이다. 영화 <크로싱>의 촬영 세트장은 영상 콘텐츠 관광을 통한 체험, 교육, 그리고 쇼핑 관광으로 연계시킬 수 있다. 결론: 영화 <크로싱>의 촬영지를 활용한 관광상품을 통해서 관광객들은 좀 더 북한의 실상을 파악하고, 남북통일의 필요성을 인식할 수 있는 계기를 마련할 수 있을 것이다. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand North Korean system by linking the operation of power presented in Michel Foucault’s “Surveiller et punir” with the monitoring and control operation of the North Korean power system and is to discuss the possibility of using the filming location of Film as tourism product to understand the rality of North Korea. Methods: Through the film , this study intends to discuss the reality of North Korean people, inducing tourists' interest in human rights issues, developing effective experiential tourism programs, and the necessity of video image content. Results: Tourism development for filming locations using the film is a foundation that can highlight the international community's interest in North Koreans and human rights issues while revealing the poor reality of North Korea. The filming set of Film can be linked to experience, education, and shopping tourism through video content tourism. Conclusion: Through tourism products using the filming locations of the film , tourists will be able to better understand the reality of North Korea and provide an opportunity to recognize the need for North-South unification.
