한국어 표현 사전 편찬의 현황과 전망 -정보 항목별 검토를 중심으로

This study aims to define the understanding activity and expression (production) activity of the language in relation with the use of dictionary, and research on the current state and prospect of information items concerned with expression activity. That is, I considered which dictionary can be used in the course of expression activity. Also, while there are no regular Korean language expression dictionaries like Longman Language Activator, I examined technical state of expressive elements according to the information items of dictionary. The scope of this study was focused on the one language dictionary of native speaker, but it was necessary to mention the case of foreign language learners using the dictionary in each information item. Though there is small dictionary for foreign language learners, advanced learners use Internet dictionary for general unabridged dictionary rather than a learner’s dictionary. This article is composed as below. In the chapter 2, basic concept is discussed with the definitions of expression and expression dictionary, and the learner’s urge to consult a dictionary for their expression activity is arranged. In the chapter 3, definitions, examples, grammar information, language information, sociolinguistic information, lexical relation, error information and other technical states are arranged. Finally in the chapter 4, the prospect of Korean language expression dictionary is examined by focusing on the applications of corpus and frequency information. KCI Citation Count: 4
