원데이 클래스 플랫폼 사용자 경험 연구 -솜씨당을 중심으로

본 연구는 원데이 클래스 플랫폼 ‘솜씨당’의 사용자 경험과 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 20대에서 60대까지의 성인 사용자 35명으로, 성별 및 사용 빈도를 고려하여 표본을 구성하였다. 설문 조사는 Google Forms를 활용하여 진행되었으며, 감성 인터페이스 모델과 허니컴 모델을 기반으로 설문지를 설계하였다. 데이터 분석에는 SPSS를 사용하여 신뢰도 분석(Cronbach’s Alpha), 상관분석(Correlation Analysis), 회귀 분석(Regression Analysis) 등을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 사용성(Usability), 신뢰성(Credibility), 접근성(Accessibility), 유희적 요소(Hedonic Elements)가 사용자 경험에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 사용성과 신뢰성이 높을수록 사용자 만족도가 유의미하게 증가하는 경향이 확인되었다(p < 0.001). 이러한 결과는 원데이 클래스 플랫폼이 기능적 요소뿐만 아니라 사용자 경험을 종합적으로 고려해야 함을 시사한다. 실무적으로, 위치 기반 서비스의 적극적인 활용과 사용자 맞춤형 정보 제공이 플랫폼의 경쟁력을 강화할 수 있음을 보여준다. 본 연구의 한계는 연구 범위가 특정 플랫폼에 한정되었으며, 위치 기반 서비스의 영향을 충분히 반영하지 못했다는 점이다. 향후 연구에서는 다양한 원데이 클래스 플랫폼과의 비교 및 위치 기반 서비스 적용에 따른 사용자 경험 분석을 추가할 필요가 있다. 이를 통해 보다 포괄적인 UI/UX 개선 방향을 제시할 수 있을 것이다. This study examines the user experience of the one-day class platform "Somssi Dang" and its impact on user satisfaction. With the rise of location-based services (LBS), digital platforms increasingly utilize geographic data to enhance personalized recommendations. Using the Emotional Interface Model and the Honeycomb Model, this research analyzes key factors affecting user experience, including usability, credibility, accessibility, and hedonic elements. A structured survey and SPSS analysis revealed that usability and credibility had the strongest correlation with user satisfaction, while accessibility and hedonic aspects also played significant roles in engagement. The findings highlight the need for improved LBS integration to enhance personalized user experiences. Although the platform offers efficient class search and booking, areas for improvement include refining navigation tools, enhancing information accuracy, and optimizing content recommendations. Some users also reported difficulties navigating class location details, underscoring the importance of refining UI/UX design. Despite its strengths, the research primarily focused on functional aspects, without extensively examining real-time data integration or dynamic user interactions. Future studies should explore broader LBS applications and their impact on user engagement to establish best practices for location-aware educational platforms. Expanding research scope with qualitative insights and real-time behavioral analysis could further optimize user experience strategies, ensuring better engagement and platform usability.
