토픽모델링과 감성분석을 활용한 웹툰 플랫폼 서비스에 대한 이용자 품질 인식 연구

국내 디지털 콘텐츠 산업에서 관련 시장 규모 및 원천 IP로서 역할로서 웹툰 콘텐츠의 중요성은 날로 높아지고 있다. 이런 상황 속에서 본 연구는 현재 웹툰 콘텐츠 생태계에서 중추적인 역할을 하고 있는 웹툰 플랫폼 서비스를 중심으로 서비스에 대한 개인 이용자 수준에서의 반응과 그 영향 요인들을 실증적인 방법으로 규명해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해, 국내 대표 웹툰 플랫폼 서비스에 대한 이용자 반응으로서 서비스에 대한 온라인 리뷰들을 수집하고 이들 자료들을 텍스트 마이닝 기법으로서 LDA 토픽모델링 및 감성분석 방법을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과 웹툰 플랫폼 서비스 품질과 관련해서 이용자들은 6가지 측면으로 서비스 품질을 주로 인식하는 것으로 파악되었으며, 기기들간의 동기화 및 호환 관련 서비스 품질 측면에서 이용자들은 가장 부정적인 감성을 가지고 있는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구는 서비스 품질 관련된 이용자 측면에서의 연구 범위를 확장했다는 점에서 의미를 지닌다. Webtoon content has become increasingly significant in the Korean digital content industry due to its market size and role as an original intellectual property. In this context, this research examines users’ responses to webtoon platform services, which play a pivotal role in the Korean webtoon ecology system, and the factors influencing these factors. To achieve this purpose, online reviews representing users’ perception of services were collected and analyzed using text mining methodologies, including LDA topic modeling and sentiment analysis. Moreover, the findings showed that there are six dimensions of perceived service quality in webtoon platform services. In addition, it was shown that users have the most negative sentiments toward interoperability and synchronization among devices. This study has implications because it expands the scope of research concerning service quality from users’ perspectives. KCI Citation Count: 0
