Summary: | This exploratory investigation aims to determine the factors that influence the capacity for Independent learning in third-year nursing students who are currently enrolled in a nursing institution. The study participants consisted of 133 third-year students attending a nursing college situated in K-do. The Data was gathered during the time period of August 29 and September 22, 2022. The analysis was performed with the help of SPSS WIN 18.0 software. The demographics, level of Independent learning skills (ILS), academic adaptability (AA), academic self-efficacy (ASE), and analytical mindset (AM) were assessed through descriptive statistics. Furthermore, the relationships among academic adaptability, academic self-efficacy, Analytical mindset, and Independent learning ability were examined using Pearson's correlation coefficient, while the factors influencing Independent learning ability were investigated through multiple regression analysis. The results suggested that 69.5% of the variability in Independent learning capability could be explained by academic adaptability, academic self-efficacy, and analytical mindset. To enhance the development of nursing students who will become essential healthcare professionals in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, it is advisable to consistently implement a variety of curricular and extracurricular initiatives aimed at enhancing Analytical mindset, academic adaptability, and academic self-efficacy. 본 연구는 현재 간호대학에 재학 중인 3학년 학생들의 자기주도학습능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 실시되었다. 연구 참여자는 경상남도에 위치한 간호대학에 재학 중인 3학년 학생 133명이다. 자료는 2022년 8월 29일부터 9월 22일까지 수집되었으며, 분석은 SPSS WIN 18.0를 이용하였다. 인구학적 통계, 자기주도학습능력(ILS), 학업 적응력(AA), 학업 자기 효능감(ASE), 분석적 사고방식(AM)은 기술 통계로 분석하였고, 학업 적응력, 학업 자기 효능감, 분석적 사고방식, 자기주도학습능력 간의 관계는 피어슨 상관계수를 사용하여 분석했으며, 자기주도학습능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다중 회귀 분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 자기주도학습능력은 학업 적응력, 학업 자기효능감, 그리고 분석적 사고방식으로 69.5% 설명되어진다. 급변하는 의료 환경에서 필수적인 의료 전문가로 성장할 간호학생들이 성장, 발전하기 위해서는 분석적 사고방식, 학업 적응력, 그리고 학업 자기효능감을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 교과 과정 및 교외 활동을 지속적으로 시행하는 것이 바람직하다. |
