Summary:In this paper, a new intelligent flying-car was designed and discussed. In order to solve surface traffic congestion, flying-car was designed based on flight control technology and automatic driving algorithm. It was a vertical takeoff and landing aircraft. When there were some different barriers, it could hover for a long time automatically. Its power source was composed of ternary lithium battery. By flying-car, choices of travel would become simple and convenient. Besides overcoming road congestion, energy conservation and environment protection will help flying-car become more and more popular.
