High-Temperature 53.12 Gb/s PAM4 Transmission of 1.3- \mu \mathrm DFB Lasers for 400 GbE Optical Communication
The 1.3 μm DM-DFB laser is demonstrated for 400 Gb Ethernet, with low threshold, high optical power, stable SMSR across the wide temperatures range, and capable of 26.56 Gb/s NRZ and 53.12 Gb/s PAM4 transmissions. © 2024 The Author(s)
