A combined medicament that comprises particles containing an amphiphilic polymer, in which the hydrophobic segment is a poly(hydroxy acid) and the hydrophilic segment is a polysaccharide, and a cancer antigen with an immune-activating factor. By using the combined medicament in such a manner that the particles and the immune-activating factor are administered separately to a subject, the effectiveness of cancer treatment and/or prevention can be enhanced. Un médicament combiné qui comprend des particules contenant un polymère amphiphile, dans lequel le segment hydrophobe est un poly(hydroxyacide) et le segment hydrophile est un polysaccharide, et un antigène du cancer avec un facteur d'activation immunitaire.
