La présente divulgation concerne un dispositif de collecte d'échantillons endocervicaux ou vaginaux, ainsi qu'un procédé d'utilisation du dispositif de collecte d'échantillon d'un sujet et de réalisation d'un dosage. Le dispositif de collecte comprend une bague élastiquement déformable, une membrane souple couplée à la bague qui définit un réservoir de collecte et un élément de récupération configuré pour retirer le dispositif.
