The present disclosure provides a subject support apparatus for a radiation therapy device comprising a base, a subject support tiltable relative to the base, at least two first guides disposed between the subject support and the base and each inclined relative to the base, and a tilting module. The tilting module comprises a first actuator, and a plate disposed between the subject support and the base, and the plate is coupled to an underside of the subject support and to the first actuator such that movement generated by the first actuator is translated into movement of the plate along the at least two first guides, thereby causing the subject support to tilt relative to the base. La présente invention concerne un appareil de support de sujet pour un dispositif de radiothérapie comprenant une base, un support de sujet pouvant être incliné par rapport à la base, au moins deux premiers guides disposés entre le support de sujet et la base et chacun incliné par rapport à la base, et un module d'inclinaison. Le module d'inclinaison comprend un premier actionneur et une plaque disposée entre le support de sujet et la base, la plaque est couplée à une face inférieure du support de sujet et au premier actionneur de sorte que le mouvement généré par le premier actionneur est traduit en un mouvement de la plaque le long des au moins deux premiers guides, ce qui amène le support de sujet à s'incliner par rapport à la base.
