Summary:The subject of the invention is a method and device for micro-structuring liquids, including body fluids. The method consists in that the treated liquid exposes to the broadband noise electric and/or magnetic fields generated in the near zone by the broadband source of electrical and/or magnetic noise, with frequencies in the range from 100 Hz to 50 MHz in the form of densely packed strips appearing similar to noise. Device has a broadband source of electrical and/or magnetic noise connected to a current source (ZRI) equipped with a modulator (MOD) of amplitude and frequency of the power signal.
