An automated information and service system "Topcommunication" for connection of users and data transmitting with translation of voice or text data, sorting, analyzing, consulting, with electronic feedback book, comprises at least one system server with at least one Internet-site, control module installed at the system server, has electronic and mobile communication and comprises a database of registered subjects realizing services or manufacturing goods. The system is executed with possibility of connection of system users with users of telecommunication services for communication in the form of verbal message, for example voice communication by phone or via Skype, and all that, and with possibility of transfer of the SMS or MMS message, or e-mail message of system users to the addressee, with confidentiality preservation and translation of conversation or written messages into needed language, if necessary, with possibility of feedback between system users with confidentiality preservation, with possibility of registration of consumers of any of system services if they wish to pay and receive system services with creation of an additional database of system users, with possibility of connection of consumers of goods or services with the subjects registered in the system which realize these services or realize and/or produce these goods, with possibility of feedback, for communication in the form of verbal message, for example voice communication by phone or via Skype, or such similar, and with possibility of transfer of the SMS or MMS message, or e-mail message, with confidentiality preservation and translation of conversation or written messages into needed language, if necessary, with possibility of formation and correction of databases and/or the electronic feedback book with confidentiality preservation, analysis, data sorting. The control module comprises a module of self-checking and is connected to databases of system and to the electronic feedback book via the voice identification and translation module executed with possibility of voice identification, translation into other language of input information in the form of verbal message or the SMS or MMS message, either the e-mail message, or other electronic message, and transfer in the form corresponding to input information to specified consumer of services or goods registered in the object system or to the subscriber or the addressee specified by the system user. The module of voice identification and translation includes a translation module executed with possibility of input information translation with use of the electronic translator installed in the system and/or with use of translation tools available through communication facilities at the electronic network.
