Disclosed are a bar-type laser diode chip alignment device and system. According to one aspect of the present embodiment, the bar-type laser diode chip alignment device for aligning a bar-type laser diode chip and a FAC lens comprises: a monitoring unit for monitoring light incident thereon; an optical power detector for detecting the power of the light incident thereon; an optical system for advancing laser light passing through the bar-type laser diode chip and the FAC lens to each of the monitoring unit and the optical power detector; and a lens adjustment unit for adjusting the position of the FAC lens based on the monitoring result of the monitoring unit and the detection result of the optical power detector. 바형 레이저 다이오드칩 정렬 장치 및 시스템을 개시한다. 본 실시예의 일 측면에 의하면, 바형 레이저 다이오드칩과 FAC 렌즈를 정렬시키는 바형 레이저 다이오드 칩 정렬 장치에 있어서, 자신으로 입사되는 광을 모니터링하는 모니터링부와 자신으로 입사되는 광의 파워를 검출하는 광파워 검출기와 바형 레이저 다이오드칩과 FAC 렌즈를 거친 레이저 광을 상기 모니터링부와 상기 광파워 검출기 각각으로 진행시키는 광학계 및 상기 모니터링부의 모니터링 결과 및 상기 광파워 검출기의 검출 결과를 토대로, 상기 FAC 렌즈의 위치를 조정하는 렌즈 조정부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 바형 레이저 다이오드 칩 정렬 장치를 제공한다.
