A method for predicting a crystallinity of a polymer according to an embodiment includes: a preparation step for preparing a sample containing a polymer as a subject of verification; a measurement step for obtaining spectrum information including absorbance intensity information at a wavenumber indicating the crystallization characteristics of the sample by using a spectrometer; a selection step for selecting a feature to be used as a search key from the spectrum information; a search step for searching crystallinity information satisfying an equivalence condition of a predetermined value or higher for the search key in a spectrum database; and an output step for outputting the crystallinity information. The method can predict the degree of thermal crystallization, the degree of orientation crystallization, etc. of a polymer, particularly a polyester resin including a repeating unit having a cyclohexane skeleton. 구현예에 따른 고분자의 결정화도 예측방법은 확인대상인 고분자 함유 시료를 준비하는 준비단계; 분광분석기를 활용해 상기 시료의 결정화 특징을 나타내는 파수에서의 흡광도 강도 정보를 포함하는 스펙트럼 정보를 획득하는 측정단계; 상기 스펙트럼 정보에서 검색키로 사용할 특징을 선택하는 선택단계; 스펙트럼 데이터베이스에서 상기 검색키에 대해 미리 정해진 값 이상의 동등성 조건을 만족하는 결정화도 정보를 검색하는 검색단계; 및 상기 결정화도 정보를 출력하는 출력단계;를 포함한다. 상기 방법은 고분자, 특히 사이클로헥산 골격을 갖는 반복단위를 포함하는 폴리에스테르계 수지의 열 결정화 정도, 배향 결정화 정도 등을 예측할 수 있다.
