A walking analysis method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure may include the steps of: obtaining walking information from one of ground walking and treadmill walking of a test subject from a sensor mounted on an insole worn by the test subject; obtaining walking information from the other of ground walking and treadmill walking of the test subject; and calculating walking regularity during the ground walking and the treadmill walking from the walking information obtained from the ground walking and treadmill walking. Ground walking may be defined as a test subject walking on the ground, and treadmill walking may be defined as a test subject walking on a treadmill. 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 보행 분석 방법은 피검사자가 착용한 인솔에 장착된 센서로부터 피검사자의 지상 보행 및 트레드밀 보행 중 어느 하나로부터 보행 정보를 획득하는 단계, 피검사자의 지상 보행 및 트레드밀 보행 중 다른 하나로부터 보행 정보를 획득하는 단계 및 지상 보행 및 트레드밀 보행으로부터 획득한 보행 정보로부터 지상 보행 및 트레드밀 보행 동안의 보행 규칙성을 산출하는 단계를 포함하고, 지상 보행은 피검사자가 지면 상에서 보행하는 것으로 정의되고, 트레드밀 보행은 피검사자가 트레드밀 상에서 보행하는 것으로 정의될 수 있다.
