Summary:The present invention relates to a method of producing sprout ginseng with improved growth and higher ginsenoside content by emitting LED light to ginseng seedlings in a plant factory. As outdoor culture, which is a conventional ginseng culture method, is influenced by the natural environment, only one season of culture is able to be performed for a year. In order to solve the limitation, the present invention creates an optimal condition for the growth and development of ginseng in a fully closed plant factory, and thus, through LED emission, high value-added sprout ginseng with improved growth and higher ginsenoside content is able to be produced regardless of season, so the present invention is useful for relevant industries. 본 발명은 식물공장 내에서 묘삼에 LED를 조사하여 생육 및 진세노사이드 함량이 증가된 새싹 인삼의 생산 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 기존의 전통적인 인삼재배 방식인 노지재배의 경우 자연환경의 지배를 받기 때문에 1년 1기작 재배만이 가능한 제한적인 문제를 해결하여 완전폐쇄형 식물공장에서의 인삼의 생육환경을 위한 최적의 환경을 도출한 것으로, 특히 LED 조사를 통해 생육 및 진세노사이드 함량이 증가된 고부가가치의 새싹 인삼을 계절에 상관없이 생산할 수 있어 관련 산업에 매우 유용하다.
