The present invention relates to a food waste reducing apparatus. The present invention relates to a food waste treatment apparatus and, more specifically, to an apparatus capable of effectively treating food waste, which is generated in large quantity in a large restaurant or a rest area, inside a container box (01), in which the food waste is classified into solids and food waste water. The food waste reducing apparatus: enables users to save collecting cost by reducing weight and volume as solids are collected after grinding, washing, compressing, and dehydrating food waste in a food processor (08); increases the income of users or collectors as the collectors can perform treatment (fertilization, feed) without performing separate sorting, grinding, and dehydrating processes; and can produce fertilizer or feed having high quality as salinity or moisture is removed when collected. Fertilizer or feed with high quality can be produced by being sent directly to a fertilizer or feed plant without necessity to go to a food waste treatment plant as treated solids are collected when the treated solids are discharged to a food waste container (07) in a state in which salinity and moisture are removed.
