The present invention provides a human body surgical tool set comprising: multiple thorn-shaped thorn imbeddings partially cut to be inclined with respect to a length direction; and a metal coating thin film produced by depositing or fixing a metal ion or a metal particle on the surface of each of the thorn-shaped thorn imbeddings. The human body surgical tool set further comprises a handle disposed with a protection cap in a rear side of the thorn-shaped thorn imbeddings so as to store a needle and the thorn-shaped thorn imbeddings and to fix the thorn-shaped thorn imbeddings before or after an operation. Accordingly, mechanical properties of thorn-shaped thorn imbeddings inserted in skin are improved, and durability of the thorn-shaped thorn imbeddings is maintained thereby. Wrinkles formed on the surface of skin are removed, and skin surface laxity is prevented.
