The present invention relates to a rehabilitation aid, and specifically relates to a rehabilitation aid limited to use for patellofemoral arthritis, which minimizes degenerative arthritis or patellofemoral arthritis or allows rehabilitation treatment to be performed with delay and correct correction. A specific solution of the present invention is to have the rehabilitation aid limited to use for patellofemoral arthritis comprising: a main body portion (10), in which a patella correction hole (100) is formed on one side thereof, a fastening portion (110) is formed around the patella correction hole (100), and the main body portion (10) is formed of a fabric having elasticity and air permeability; a cartilage protection portion (20) which extends integrally with the main body portion (10) in the horizontal direction, and a regular position holding hole (200) is perforated long in the horizontal direction in order to prevent excessive stress and distortion of the joint surface of the cartilage located between the femur and the tibia, which are the back surface of the patella correction hole (100); a patella protection portion (30) integrally extending with the cartilage protection portion (20) in the transverse direction and fastened to the fastening portion (110) while protecting the patella located in the patella correction hole (100); and a band portion (40) having elasticity extending integrally with the patella protection portion (30) in the horizontal direction and extending in a band shape on both sides of the upper and lower sides to be fastened to both upper and lower sides of the position holding hole (200). The present invention can improve the ease of wearing and maximize an effect of correction and rehabilitation treatment. 본 발명은 재활 보조기에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 무릎부위에 단순 압박이 아니라 슬개골 골절 특히 슬개골 탈구나 선천적으로 대퇴골 원위부의 과간부에 슬개골이 제대로 맞지 않아 움직일 때 연골에 과도한 스트레스가 가해져 관절연골이 닳아 버리는 현상을 방지하기 위하여 슬개골을 정확한 위치 즉, 대퇴부 원위부의 과간부에 위치토록하여 퇴행성 관절염이나 슬개대퇴 관절염을 최소화하거나 또는 지연 및 올바른 교정과 더불어 재활치료가 이루어지도록 하는 슬개대퇴 관절염 용도에 한정하는 재활 보조기에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 구체적인 해결적 수단은, "일측에 슬개골 교정공(100)이 형성되고, 상기 슬개골 교정공(100) 둘레로 체결부(110)가 형성되며, 신축성 및 통기성을 갖는 직물로 형성된 본체부(10); 상기 본체부(10)와 가로방향으로 일체로 연장 형성되고, 슬개골 교정공(100) 배면인 대퇴골과 경골 사이에 위치하는 연골의 과도한 스트레스 및 관절 면의 뒤틀림을 방지하기 위하여 가로방향으로 길게 정위치유지공(200)이 천공된 연골 보호부(20); 상기 연골 보호부(20)와 가로방향으로 일체로 연장 형성되고, 상기 슬개골 교정공(100)에 위치한 슬개골을 보호하면서 상기 체결부(110)에 체결되는 슬개골 보호부(30); 상기 슬개골 보호부(30)와 가로방향으로 일체로 연장 형성되고, 상하 양측으로 밴드 형상으로 연장되어 상기 정위치유지공(200) 상하 양측에 체결되는 탄력성을 갖는 밴드부(40);를 포함하는 슬개대퇴 관절염 용도에 한정하는 재활 보조기와, 상기 슬개골 교정공(100)은 슬개골의 크기와 일체되며 상기 슬개골이 유동되지 아니하도록 상기 슬개골 교정공(100) 외측으로 돌출 형성토록 하는 것을 포함하는 슬개대퇴 관절염 용도에 한정하는 재활 보조기와, 상기 슬개골 교정공(100)과 일치하는 상기 슬개골 보호부(30) 중앙면에 염증 및 통증 완화제가 도포되어 있는 것을 포함하는 슬개대퇴 관절염 용도에 한정하는 재활 보조기와, 상기 체결부(110)와 이에 체결되는 상기 슬개골 보호부(30)는 각각 벨크로 테이프로 이루어진 것을 포함하는 슬개대퇴 관절염 용도에 한정하는 재활 보조기와, 상기 정위치유지공(200)의 상하면과 이에 체결되는 상기 밴드부(40)는 각각 벨크로 테이프로 이루어진 것을 포함하는 슬개대퇴 관절염 용도에 한정하는 재활 보조기와, 상기 슬개골 교정공(100)의 인접된 외주부에는 슬개골의 탈구를 방지키 위한 제1 가압부재(101)가 구비되어 있는 것을 포함하는 슬개대퇴 관절염 용도에 한정하는 재활 보조기와, 상기 정위치유지공(200)의 인접된 외주부에는 연골의 과도한 스트레스 및 관절 면의 뒤틀림을 방지하기 위한 제2 가압부재(201)가 구비되어 있는 것을 포함하는 슬개대퇴 관절염 용도에 한정하는 재활 보조기"를 구성적 특징으로 함으로서, 본 발명은 슬개골을 정확한 위치 즉, 대퇴부 원위부의 과간부에 위치토록하여 슬개골의 탈구의 예방이나 교정을 가능하도록 신체조건에 맞춘 인체역학적 구조와 피부 밀착 구조를 통해 착용의 용이성을 향상하고 교정 및 재활치료 효과를 극대화할 수 있다.
