A double eyelid surgery system including a suture separation device according to an embodiment of the present invention is to prevent a subjects eyelid tissue from being pressed by tension generated while the subjects eyelid is sewn with a suture that penetrates the subjects eyelid from its outer surface to its inner surface, is sewn such that the subjects eyelid and levator palpebrae superioris muscle are connected at the same time, and allows at least a part of the subjects eyelid connected to the levator palpebrae superioris muscle to be interlinked to a movement of the levator palpebrae superioris muscle. The double eyelid surgery system including the suture separation device according to the present invention may include: a first suture penetrating the subjects eyelid from its outer surface to its inner surface through a first through-hole and connected to the subjects levator palpebrae superioris muscle; a second suture penetrating the subjects eyelid from its outer surface to its inner surface through a second through-hole and connected to the subjects levator palpebrae superioris muscle, the second through-hole being at a first separation distance from the first through-hole; a third suture for connection between the first suture and the second suture, one side end of the third suture being connected to the first suture and the other side end of the third suture being connected to the second suture in the subjects levator palpebrae superioris muscle; and the suture separation device positioned on the outer surface of the subjects eyelid, allowing the first suture and the second suture exposed from the outer surface of the subjects eyelid to be arranged with the first separation distance maintained, and preventing the first suture and the second suture from pressing the subjects eyelid tissue with the tension generated during the connection between the first suture and the second suture. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 봉합사 이격장치를 포함하는 쌍꺼풀 성형 시스템은 피시술자의 눈꺼풀 외면으로부터 내면을 향해 관통되어 상기 피시술자의 눈꺼풀과 상안검거근을 동시에 연결되도록 꿰매져 상기 상안검거근의 움직임에 상기 상안검거근과 연결된 상기 피시술자 눈꺼풀의 적어도 일부분이 연동되도록 하는 봉합사가 상기 피시술자 눈꺼풀에 꿰매지는 과정에서 발생한 장력에 의해 상기 피시술자 눈꺼풀 조직을 압박하는 것을 방지하기 위한 봉합사 이격장치를 포함하는 쌍꺼풀 성형 시스템에 있어서, 상기 피시술자의 눈꺼풀 외면으로부터 내면을 향해 제1 통공을 통해 관통되어 상기 피시술자의 상안검거근과 연결되는 제1 봉합사, 상기 피시술자의 눈꺼풀 외면으로부터 내면을 향해 상기 제1 통공과 제1 이격거리 만큼 이격된 제2 통공을 통해 관통되어 상기 피시술자의 상안검거근과 연결되는 제2 봉합사, 상기 피시술자의 상안검거근 내에서 일측단은 상기 제1 봉합사와 연결되며, 타측단은 상기 제2 봉합사와 연결되어 상기 제1 봉합사 및 상기 제2 봉합사를 연결하는 제3 봉합사 및 상기 피시술자의 눈꺼풀 외면에 위치하여 상기 피시술자의 눈꺼풀 외면으로 노출된 상기 제1 봉합사 및 상기 제2 봉합사가 상기 제1 이격거리를 유지한 채 배치되도록 하여 상기 제1 봉합사 및 상기 제2 봉합사가 연결되는 과정에서 발생한 장력에 의해 상기 제1 봉합사 및 상기 제2 봉합사가 상기 피시술자 눈꺼풀 조직을 압박하는 것을 방지하는 봉합사 이격장치를 포함할 수 있다.
