[과제] 본 발명자는 임상에 효과적이면서 실질적으로 이용 가능한 이식치료용 세포스페로이드를 제공함으로, 정상에서 벗어난 질병상태에 있는, 일부 혹은 전부의 손상 또는 결손된 환부에 이식치료하기 위한 것으로서, 신체내 정상적 혹은 건강한 상태와 유사한 조직으로서 형질발현된 신체내를 구성하는 각종의 조직을 대신 할 수 있는 본 발명를 이용한 각 질환에 대한 치료법 그리고, 피검물질의 약효 및 독성을 평가하기 위한 시스템으로서 상당히 유용한 것이라는 것을 확인하고 본 발명을 완성하기에 이르렀다. [해결수단] 본 발명의 한 관점에 의하면, (1) 혼합세포복합체를 구성하는 각세포재료를 분리준비하는 단계 ; (2) 상기분리 된세포를 계대배양하여 증폭하는 단계 ; (3) 1 종류 혹은 2 종류이상의 세포를 배양액내에서 단독 혹은 혼합한 세포재료혼탁액을 준비하고 세포를 고밀도의 부유상태로 유지시키는 배양을 함으로써 세포재료들을 상호접착시켜 혼합세포복합체를 제조하는 단계 ; 및 (4) 세포스페로이드를 분리하여 각각의 목적별 사용방법에 따른 소정의 장소로 이동시키는 단계를 포함한 이식세포치료용 스페로이드의 제조방법 및 이용방법을 제공한다. Disclosed are a cell spheroid for transplantation therapy, which has clinical efficacy and substantial application as a considerably useful method for treating various diseases such as transplantation therapy for partial or wholly damaged organs in diseased states, and can be a substitute for a variety of internal tissues due to similarity with normal, healthy human tissue; and a system for evaluating efficacy and toxicity of an analyte. According to one aspect of the present invention, the provided method for manufacturing spheroids for cell transplantation therapy comprises the following steps: (1) preparing for isolation of cell materials constituting mixed cellular complexes; (2) proliferating the isolated cells by subculturing; (3) producing mixed cellular complexes by preparing a cell material suspension in which only one kind of cells form the culture medium, or in which two or more kinds of cells are mixed to form the culture medium, and culturing the cells in a high density, suspended state such that the cells adhere to one another; and (4) separating the cell spheroids and transferring to a suitable receptacle by suitable means; and a usage thereof.
