PURPOSE:To provide the bilte compsn. which emits no irritating odor when used as aerosol and is free from chalking and whitening phenomena, prepared by dissolving a fluorine-based water- and oil-repelling agent in a specified mixed solvent. CONSTITUTION:0.1-5wt% fluorine-based water- and oil-repelling agent (i), 15- 98.4wt% dichloroethane and/or 1,1,2-trichloro-1,2,2-trifluoroethane (ii), 1-60wt% 1,1,1-trichloroethane (iii) and 0.5-20wt% compd. of formulaIor II (iv) (where R is 1-4C alkyl; R' and R'' are H, 1-4C alkyl, but both of them can not be H) are mixed so that component (i) may be dissolved homogeneously in a mixed solvent consisting of components (ii), (iii) and (iv). The resultant composition is packed into an aerosol tin together with a propellant (e.g. Freon gas). USE:Water-, oil- and soil-proofing treatment of textile fabric, plastic, etc.
