PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boron neutron capture therapy system in which positioning is executed with a sufficient precision upon boron neutron capture therapy.SOLUTION: A boron neutron capture therapy system comprises: a subject holding loading part 22 on which a subject 8 is held in a loaded condition; a three-dimensional diagnosis device 18 detecting the position of a diseased part in the subject 8; an irradiation table 16 positioned relative to a neutron irradiation device 14; a position adjusting mechanism 34 changing the position of the irradiation table 16 relative to a neutron irradiation port 14o of the neutron irradiation device 14 in respective directions of mutually orthogonal three axes; and a controlling part 60 which drives the position adjusting mechanism 34 to change the position relative to respective directions of three axes in the irradiation table 16 so that the position of the diseased part in the subject 8 detected by the three-dimensional diagnosis device 18 is adjusted to the position of neutron radiated from the neutron irradiation device 14 and the diseased part is placed as close as possible to the neutron irradiation port 14o, and thereby can sufficiently satisfy unique requirements in the boron neutron capture therapy.
