PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a clothing internal environment simulated measurement device capable of measuring the temperature inside clothing with stability and with good accuracy by being capable of simply and stably reproducing a clothing internal environment formed between skin of a wearer of the clothing and the clothing.SOLUTION: Clothing internal environment simulation measurement device 1 includes: a body unit 2 having an internal space 5 going through in one direction; a water retention member 3 installed on an opening unit side on the other end side of the body unit 2; a heating member 4 for heating the water retention member 3; a measurement means 6 for measuring the temperature and humidity inside the internal space 5 of the body unit 2 and is composed to have a water vapor content adjustment sheet 7 arranged in the internal space 5 between the water retention member 3 and the body unit 2 for adjusting the water vapor content supplied in between the water retention member 3 and the body unit 2 and having the water vapor content adjustment sheet 7 have a plurality of inflow holes 22 on the sheet surface for having the water vapor from the water retention member 3 flow in evenly inside the body unit according to the water vapor content intruding inside the internal space 5.
