| Summary: | To provide an eyeground analysis apparatus capable of stably analyzing an eyeground while reducing a burden on a subject.SOLUTION: The eyeground analysis apparatus comprises an analysis unit and a distribution information generating unit. The analysis unit analyzes time-series data of the eyeground of a subject eye to thereby determine time-series variation in reaction of photoreceptors to light stimulation. The distribution information generating unit generates photoreceptor distribution information on the basis of the time-series variation. The distribution information includes the total number of photoreceptors, the numbers of photoreceptors by type, and a ratio of the number of type-1 photoreceptors to the number of type-2 photoreceptors or a determination result about the total number of photoreceptors or the number of photoreceptors by type with respect to a predetermined reference value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】被検者の負担を軽減し、且つ、安定して眼底を解析することが可能な眼底解析装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼底解析装置は、解析部と、分布情報生成部とを含む。解析部は、被検眼の眼底の時系列データを解析することにより光刺激に対する光受容体の反応の時系列変化を求める。分布情報生成部は、時系列変化に基づいて光受容体の分布情報を生成する。分布情報は、全光受容体の個数、光受容体の種別ごとの個数、光受容体の第1種別の個数に対する光受容体の第2種別の個数の比、又は所定の基準値を基準とした全光受容体の個数又は光受容体の種別ごとの個数に対する判定結果を表す情報を含む。【選択図】図2 |
