Summary:To develop a new system of ophthalmological microscope in a Galileo-type ophthalmological microscope with an OCT optical system which allows an OCT optical system installation space to be secured to a side of the objective lens for increased flexibility of optical design.SOLUTION: The ophthalmological microscope includes an ophthalmological microscope body and a function extension unit provided with an OCT optical system for examining a subject eye by optical coherent tomography, the function extension unit having a deflection member housed therein which deflects signal light of the OCT optical system in a direction toward the subject eye. The function extension unit is detachably mounted between the objective lens of the ophthalmological microscope body and the subject eye, in particular, below the objective lens.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】本発明は、OCT光学系を備えるガリレオ式の眼科用顕微鏡において、対物レンズの側方にOCT光学系を配置するスペースを確保することができ、光学設計の自由度を高める新しい方式の眼科用顕微鏡を開発することを目的とする。【解決手段】本発明は、眼科用顕微鏡本体と、光コヒーレンストモグラフィにより前記被検眼を検査するためのOCT光学系を備えた機能拡張ユニットとを備えており、機能拡張ユニットが前記OCT光学系の信号光を前記被検眼の方向に偏向するための偏向部材を格納しており、前記機能拡張ユニットは、前記眼科用顕微鏡本体が備えている対物レンズと被検眼との間、特に、前記対物レンズの下方に脱着可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
