Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: as the reduction of carbon dioxide emission amount at the time of disposal of resin material is required and even though a carbon dioxide absorbent is dispersed in the resin by the conventional method, the dispersibility is poor and the effect is low and therefor by improving the dispersibility, a resin material that has a high carbon dioxide emission amount reduction effect during incineration, and is light weight and has excellent mechanical properties; and a production process therefor.SOLUTION: A resin material with high carbon dioxide emission amount reduction effect is obtained by first mixing a carbon dioxide absorbent and a dispersion aid and subjecting to at least 1 dispersion treatment selected from ultrasonic irradiation treatment, supercritical fluid treatment and agitation treatment, followed by adding to a resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 【課題】樹脂材料の廃棄時の二酸化炭素排出量削減が求められているが、従来の方法で二酸化炭素吸収剤を樹脂に分散させても分散性が悪く効果が低いため、分散性を改善することにより、焼却時の二酸化炭素排出量削減効果が高く、軽量で機械的物性の優れた樹脂材料とその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】二酸化炭素吸収剤と分散助剤を混合して超音波照射処理、超臨界流体処理、撹拌処理のうち少なくとも1つから選ばれる分散処理を行った後、樹脂に添加することにより二酸化炭素排出量削減効果の高い樹脂材料が得られる。【選択図】 図8
