Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact exothermic body fixation structure which efficiently cools an exothermic body such as a semiconductor module.SOLUTION: There is provided an exothermic body fixation structure between the exothermic body, which includes two planes facing each other to configure at least one cooling surface, and a cooler which includes: a pair of heat receiving plates respectively disposed to cover the two planes; an elastic member disposed in a region in which the pair of heat receiving plates face each other; and slots to which the exothermic body and the pair of heat receiving plates are inserted, so as to cool the pair of heat receiving plates. When the exothermic body and the pair of heat receiving plates are inserted into the slots, pressing force to make the pair of heat receiving plates contact to the inner wall faces of the slots is loaded by the elastic member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
