Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus, an imaging method, and a program capable of obtaining a desired low-pass filter effect by accurately controlling to drive a moving member regardless of a deterioration degree of a constituent (mainly a magnet) of a driving mechanism.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus includes: an image sensor for converting a subject image formed by a photographic optical system to electric pixel signals; a driving mechanism for obtaining an optical low-pass filter effect by making a subject light flux to be incident on a plurality of pixels of the image sensor by driving a moving member in a direction different from an optical axis of the photographing optical system by making at least one of an optical element constituting at least part of the photographing optical system and the image sensor to be a moving member; a deterioration detection section for detecting a degree of deterioration of the driving mechanism; and a driving control section for driving the moving member through the driving mechanism on the basis of a driving signal whose signal characteristics are variably corrected in accordance with a degree of deterioration of the driving mechanism detected with the deterioration detection section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19 【課題】駆動機構の構成要素(主に磁石)の劣化度合いにかかわらず、移動部材を高精度に駆動制御して、所望のローパスフィルタ効果を得ることができる撮影装置、撮影方法及びプログラムを得る。【解決手段】撮影光学系により形成された被写体像を電気的な画素信号に変換するイメージセンサと、前記撮影光学系の少なくとも一部をなす光学要素と前記イメージセンサの少なくとも一方を移動部材とし、この移動部材を前記撮影光学系の光軸と異なる方向に駆動することにより、被写体光束を前記イメージセンサの複数の画素に入射させて、光学的なローパスフィルタ効果を得る駆動機構と、前記駆動機構の劣化度合いを検出する劣化検出部と、前記劣化検出部が検出した前記駆動機構の劣化度合いに応じてその信号特性を可変補正した駆動信号に基づいて、前記駆動機構を介して前記移動部材を駆動する駆動制御部と、を有することを特徴とする撮影装置。【選択図】図19
