PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple washing device and an operation method of the same capable of efficiently and securely removing chips, ferrous foreign materials and the like on the surface of a workpiece.SOLUTION: Various kinds of foreign materials on the surface of a workpiece 700 such as the cylinder block and cylinder head of a vehicle engine and the like placed on a partition plate 600 reciprocating upward and downward or reciprocating forward and backward in an orthogonal direction to a reciprocating upward and downward direction at the inside of a housing 500 are immersed into a coolant supplied to a second unit 200, temporarily removed, secondarily removed by air being jetted to a third unit 300 and then chips, ferrous foreign materials and the like on the surface of the workpiece 700 are efficiently and securely removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ワークピースの表面のチップや鉄系異物などを効率よく確実に除去することができるようにする簡易洗浄装置およびその運用方法を提供する。【解決手段】ハウジング５００の内部を昇降往復し或いは昇降往復方向に対して直交方向に進退往復する隔板６００に据え置かれた自動車エンジンのシリンダブロックやシリンダヘッドなどのワークピース７００表面の各種異物を、第２ユニット２００へ供給されたクーラントに浸漬して一次的に除去した後、第３ユニット３００へ噴射されるエアによって二次的に除去することにより、ワークピース７００の表面のチップや鉄系異物などを効率よく確実に除去する。【選択図】図１
