PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor speed controller arranged to control the motor speed precisely by adjusting the detection period of pulses being delivered from an encoder. SOLUTION: The motor driving speed controller comprises a motor driving section 4 for driving a motor at a predetermined motor driving speed, an encoder 2 interlocked with the motor driving section to deliver pulses, and a motor controller 3 measuring the motor driving speed by adjusting the detecting time of pulses received from the encoder.
