The conveying belt support is arranged to be a rectangular frame, the connecting frame is a triangular frame, the lifting support is arranged to be an angular frame, the two sides of the angle bottom of the triangular frame are supported by the rectangular frame in a slope type through braces, and the angular frame is connected to the two sides of the top angle edge of the triangular frame through pin shafts. One row of same-type rollers at equal intervals are transversely arranged on the upper face of the rectangular frame, a roller is transversely arranged at the lower end of the rectangular frame, and a roller driven by the variable frequency motor is arranged at the upper end of the rectangular frame. The conveying belt is arranged on the rollers and the rolling columns in a sleeving mode. The corresponding two rolling wheels arranged on a rotating shaft are arranged on the two sides at the lower end of the triangular frame.
