The electron transport layer is a nano alumina film, and the absorbing layer is a tin perovskite structure absorbing layer. According to the tin perovskite structure flexible solar cell, the alumina is used as the electron transport layer, the tin perovskite structure is used as the absorbing layer, and the structure has the characteristics that the electron transport layer can be completed under the temperature of 150 DEG C, and the use of the lead is reduced at the same time.
