The heat radiating piece comprises a hollow piece-shaped body, at least two oil guide grooves are formed inside the piece-shaped body, at least one part of the middle of the piece-shaped body forms a trapezoid protruding towards the side face, four bend portions of the trapezoid are circular-arc-shaped, and central angle alpha of each circular arc is 25-60 degrees and is used for improving heat effect and heat effect lasting time. The oil guide grooves in the heat radiating piece are wavy oil guide grooves, so that length of the oil guide grooves is increased, contact area between the heat radiating piece and air is increased, and quantity and efficiency, in diffusing heat to the air, of each heat radiating piece are improved. The middle of the piece-shaped body forms the trapezoid protruding towards the side face, and the trapezoid can be used for improving heat effect and increasing heat effect lasting time. The upper ends and the lower ends of the oil guide grooves in the piece-shaped body are parallelly communicated, so that oilway blockage can be prevented, oil circulation can be accelerated, and heating effect is improved.
