According to the limonin analogue disclosed by the invention, various natural product extracts are subjected to activity screening, the limonin analogue shown as the structural formula I has excellent inhibitory activity on various different types of human cancer cells for the first time, and an optional scheme is provided for broad-spectrum anti-cancer drugs. The limonin analogue applied in the invention is derived from the rehmannia glutinosa libosch, the source is wide, and the production cost is low.
