The invention discloses a computer storage security assessment method and system, and belongs to the technical field of information security, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an access subject and an access path of a first storage object; performing exposure level analysis according to the access subject and the access path to obtain an exposure quantization level; obtaining a storage data flow direction of the first storage object; carrying out loss level analysis on the flow direction of the stored data to obtain a loss quantization level; performing encryption level analysis on the first storage object to obtain an encryption quantization level; and performing security evaluation on the first storage object according to the exposure quantization level, the loss quantization level and the encryption quantization level. The technical problem that the security condition of the storage object cannot be quantitatively and comprehensively evaluated in the prior art is solved, and the technical effec
