Summary:Provided are a multi-agent simulation system and a multi-agent simulation method that are capable of suppressing an increase in the amount of messages exchanged for interaction between agents while maintaining execution performance of multi-agent simulation (MAS). The MAS system (100) is provided with a main body simulator (200) and a central controller (300) which are provided for each main body (4A-4C). The central controller (300) relays transmission and reception of messages between the subject simulators (200). The bodies (4A-4C) include a plurality of types of bodies having different time granularities.
