一种耐酸性的糖脂修饰脂质体及其应用
本发明公开了一种耐酸性的糖脂修饰脂质体及其应用。所述糖脂修饰脂质体包括通过大豆卵磷脂、胆固醇和糖脂以1~5:1:1~5的质量比制备而成,其具有耐酸性,能够耐受的pH为3.0-7.0,且分散性好,粒径为70 nm-90 nm。所述脂修饰脂质体能够直接清除幽门螺旋杆菌生物膜。本发明还验证利用该糖脂修饰脂质体包裹抗生素能够实现胃酸环境下有效的持续缓释药物,并且具备胃滞留、穿透粘液屏障和幽门螺旋杆菌生物膜的功能,从而显著提高了阿莫西林的生物利用度。这有利于根除幽门螺旋杆菌感染,促进幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃炎和胃溃疡的治疗。 The invention discloses an acid-resistant...
