The invention relates to novel applications of a SERINC4 gene, and specifically relates to the novel applications of the SERINC4 gene in predicting prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma. Amolecular marker SERINC4 is firstly discovered to be related to prognosis of endometrial carcinoma, and can be used for the prediction of the prognosis of endometrial carcinoma by detecting the changes of the SERINC4 of subjects.
