The invention relates to a simulated determination method for migration of cooling agent components in a cigarette filter stick to cigarette smoke, and belongs to the technical field of analytical chemistry. The method comprises the following steps of loading the cigarette filter stick added with a cooling agent to a scavenging conduit; scavenging the filter stick by simulating actual smoking of cigarettes by using the device of the invention; trapping the scavenged cooling agent components by using an adsorption cold trap; after trapping, determining the contents of the cooling agent components by using a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry connected with the dynamic headspace; and after that, calculating the migration rate.
