The display panel comprises a substrate; a plurality of pixel units arranged on the substrate, wherein each pixel unit comprises a first sub-pixel, a second sub-pixel and a third sub-pixel, and the second sub-pixel and/or the third sub-pixel includes a light conversion layer that converts light of one color into light of another color. The light conversion layer includes a nano-metal composite structure. The local surface plasmon polariton resonance effect of metal in the light conversion layer is utilized, so the intensity of fluorescence peaks in sub-pixels is enhanced, blue light peaks disappear, and the overall color gamut of the display panel is improved.
