一种钙钛矿薄膜太阳能电池的碳电极材料及其制备方法

本发明公开了一种钙钛矿薄膜太阳能电池的碳电极材料,以碳源和模板剂为原料,通过100~200℃下溶剂热反应和500~650℃下热解碳化反应制成。本发明还公开了上述碳电极材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将碳源加入到乙二醇-水溶液中,加入模板剂搅拌均匀,接着在100~200℃下反应1~2h,得到反应物;然后在保护气体氛围条件下,将反应物在500~650℃下煅烧2~3h,即得到碳电极材料。本发明通过碳电极材料代替昂贵贵金属作为空穴传输电极材料,降低成本,且制备的碳电极材料具有空心球状结构,在太阳能电池上应用性能稳定性,提高了光电转换效率。同时碳电极材料的制备采用溶剂热和热解碳化两步反应合成,操作简便。...
