| Summary: | The invention provides a cerium zirconium aluminum composite oxygen storage material which is prepared by adopting alkali liquid as a precipitator and liquid sodium silicate as a thermal stabilizationaid through a co-precipitation method. The material is mainly composed of, by content, 10-30% of cerium oxide, 10-50% of zirconium oxide, 30-70% of aluminum oxide and 2-8% of silicon oxide. The components in the oxygen storage material exist in a form of solid solution, so that the oxygen storage material has high thermostability, and specific surface area of the oxygen storage material after being calcined at high temperature of 1100 DEG C for 20h can reach 80m2/g.
本发明提供种铈锆铝复合储氧材料,该材料是以碱液为沉淀剂,液体硅酸钠为热稳定助剂,采用共沉淀法制得,主要成分为氧化铈、氧化锆、氧化铝和氧化硅,其中氧化铈含量为10-30%,氧化锆含量为10-50%,氧化铝含量为30-70%,氧化硅含量为2-8%。该储氧材料中各组分是以固溶体的形式存在,具有较高的热稳定性,1100℃高温煅烧20h后比表面积可达80m/g。 |
