MoS2/RGO复合材料的应用

本发明公开一种用于毫米波衰减的MoS2/RGO复合材料,首先采用改进的Hummers法制备出氧化石墨,利用浓硫酸、硝酸钠和高锰酸钾等强氧化剂,经过低温、中温和高温反应,将石墨氧化,然后变成了氧化石墨;在相对较低温度下,通过简单的"一步水热法",将制备的氧化石墨利用超声剥离,变成氧化石墨烯,然后与钼源、硫源进行有效地混合,分散均匀,最后在水热条件下合成还原氧化石墨烯负载的二硫化钼复合材料。通过以上方法制备的MoS2/RGO复合材料,密度小,电导率高,对毫米波衰减效果好,在军事隐身方面具有良好的应用前景。 The invention discloses MoS2/RGO com...
