The invention provides a production process method of high strength steel. The production process method comprises the following steps that (1) pre-stretching treatment is conducted on the strip steel, the shape of the strip steel is corrected, and uniform cracking is conducted on the iron oxide scales on the two surfaces of the strip steel; (2) low temperature pickling is conducted on the pre-stretched strip steel by placing the pre-stretched strip steel in a pickling tank, and the pickling temperature T1 is set; (3) the pickled the strip steel is subject to low temperature rinsing in a rinsing tank, and the rinsing temperature T2 is set; (4) the rinsed strip steel is leveled by using a leveling machine; and (5) the leveled strip steel is subject to straightening and withdrawal by using astraightening and withdrawal machine.
