本发明的目的在于，提供一种制备用于稳定地保存十二指肠液试样中的蛋白质标志物的保存用试样的方法、和用于制备该保存用试样的试剂盒。本发明的十二指肠液试样的保存方法具有如下步骤：(a)使用稀释用溶液将从受试者采集的十二指肠液试样稀释成10倍体积以上的步骤，以及，(b)将前述步骤(a)中制备的稀释后的十二指肠液试样以液体的状态进行保存的步骤，前述稀释用溶液为含有0.02质量％以上的蛋白质的水溶液。 The present invention addresses the problem of providing: a method for preparing a stock sample for stably storing a protein marker in a duodenal juice sample; and a kit for preparing the stock sample. A method for storing a duodenal juice sample according to the present invention comprises the steps of (a) diluting a duodenal juice sample collected from a subject with a diluting solution at a dilution factor of 10 folds by volume or more and (b) storing a diluted duodenal juice sample, which is prepared in step (a), in a liquid form, wherein the diluting solution is an aqueous solution containing a protein at a concentration of 0.02% by mass or more.
