本发明公开了种失效钴酸锂电池正极材料的回收方法,属于钴酸锂电池回收技术领域。将失效钴酸锂电池正极材料上的铝箔拆除后,剩余钴酸锂电池正极材料经破碎后与硫酸亚铁混合后置于反应器中,加水调浆;向浆体中加入无机酸溶液进行反应;反应结束后,加入无机碱中和余酸,调节浆体pH值以沉淀Fe;过滤以完成液固分离,固体渣ㄧ即为碳粉与氢氧化铁的混合物,浸出液即为高浓度钴、锂溶液;向浸出液中加入无机碱,调节浸出液pH值以沉淀钴,实现钴、锂分离;过滤的固体渣Ⅱ即为Co(OH),滤液即为纯净的高浓度含锂溶液。本发明采用常用且廉价的硫酸亚铁还原钴酸锂,回收钴、锂,中和余酸除铁,操作简单,成本低廉,钴、锂回收率高。 The...
