The invention discloses a high-strength steel strip over temperature utilization acid pickling method. According to the method, a high-strength steel coil which is output of a hot rolling production line and at the temperature of 500 DEG C to 700 DEG C is cooled to 100 DEG C through stacking, then, the coil is transported to a cold rolling production line, the temperature before acid pickling reaches 60 DEG C to 85 DEG C, then, the coil enters an acid pickling tank to be subject to acid pickling, after acid pickling, the coil is dried, the temperature of the dried steel coil ranges from 40 DEG C to 60 DEG C, and finally cold rolling is carried out. The over temperature obtained after high-strength steel hot rolling reeling is used for tension leveling and acid pickling, under the high temperature, the steel coil more easily deforms, scales are more easily peeled off, and the scale breaking effect is better; meanwhile, during acid pickling, the steel coil still has a certain over temperature, the reaction of t
